beautify their homes and properties. However, PLEASE REMEMBER
that you MUST fill out
and SUBMIT
the proper
ARC (Architectural
Review
Committee)
form and acquire
written ARC approval BEFORE any work or project is started!

ARC procedure & forms please remember that if you plan to
place ANY building materials on the street, you MUST
make a $200 cleanup security deposit to the association first. After
successful cleanup, this deposit WILL be returned to you. |

Message from the Board:
| Being a Board member is something
we "donate" some of our free time towards. Board members do NOT get
paid a single cent in return. There are those who mistakenly assume
that Board members have a Board JOB. People get paid when they have a
job. We ( Board members) have real jobs (and lives) outside of
Parkside Estates just like most of you. Your board of directors are all volunteers, interested only in
preserving and enhancing the security and comfort we all enjoy here at Astoria
Trails North / Park Side Estates. If you are interested in making an
improvement, have a concern, or just want to say hi and thank your
neighbor for taking time to help with our community, please call
or visit any one of them. But please remember, this is not our job. We
voluntarily donate our time for the good of everyone here and only ask
to be treated as people who are doing YOU and your families a favor. |
| The Board's commitment to you is to respond to our
collective needs, treat all neighbors with the respect and
dignity we would all like to experience, and enjoy this fine
neighborhood. |
| Our best avenue to keep our community clean, comfortable and safe
is simply be a good, considerate neighbor. If you have an issue with
your neighbor, please ask for their help to resolve the
issue. The best results for maintaining our community is adhering to
your Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions, and should you
contact the board or

with an issue, our
goal is you are met with a "responsive" team. |
