Latin 101

When I was growing up, the Catholic Church I attended stopped the Latin responses...so I have never learned Latin. Now, it seems, a lot of the Churches are going back to Latin Responses during Lent...so for the next couple of months...I am going to share with you my journey into learning Latin. Catholic Girl's Latin 101 if you will...

Gloria in excelsis Deo

et in terra pax hominibus bonae voluntatis

Laudamus te, benedicimus te, adoramus te,

glorificamus te, gratias agimus tibi

propter magnam gloriam tuam

Domine Deus, Rex caelestis,
