Lumbar Plexus
3-in-1 Block
Femoral Nerve
Hip surgery, femur fractures, above the knee
amputation, total knee, ACL, patella repair



Psoas Compartment Typically used in combination with Sciatic Block;
hip and knee procedures



Sciatic Blocks:
A. Anterior Approach
B. Posterior Approach

Typically used in combination with 3-in-1 or blocks for lower extremities:
Total Knee, ACL, application of tourniquet at the thigh


C. Popliteal Fossa Approach
1. Posterior
Surgery at or below the knee


2. Lateral Surgery at or below the knee
