Jewelry and Lingerie Return Policy  

 

All sales are Final on Jewelry and Lingerie, No returns Accepted.

  • We inspect all merchandise before they are shipped out to ensure there are no defects.
  • No items can be returned unless they are manufacture defects (workmanship or material) or we ship you the wrong item [our mistake].
  • Note - You MUST email us at wickedvegas@cox.net within 48hrs of delivery for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and an explanation of why you need to return your merchandise.
  • Please note that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways for exchanges unless you received a wrong or damaged item. In this case you only pay the return shipping cost, when shipping back to us. However, you must notified us of the error, within 48 hours of the merchandise being delivered. No Exceptions. A defective item(s) may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

     

    • If an item cannot be repaired or is out of stock, you will receive a refund within 48hrs of receipt of the product, through Paypal in the amount of the item ordered.<
    • There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective. <
    • All sales are final. <
        • Please specify any special shipping instructions at the time your order is placed, such as If you need your order for a certain date or do not accept shortages on quantities of the same item ordered. When it is not possible to ship an order complete a partial order will be shipped and the balance of the order will be placed on back order to be shipped as soon as it is available.
        • If the item[s] is no longer available, a refund back to your account will be made for the difference.

         

        • Shipping
        • All orders are double checked and goods are carfully packed. If damage or shortage should occur, report immediately to carrier for inspection as our liability ceases on delivery to the carrier.
        • All orders include free delivery confirmation which is scanned by the postal service when your item has been delivered.
        • If you did not receive your parcel, but the USPS shows itís been delivered, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
