Outside Pictures

My Comment- Pictures of nature and land are by far one of the best subjects of photography I think. The way its always changing and its so hard to get two pictures of the same thing. The colors, the textures, and the outlaying scenery, you get a real sence of what its like here and that is what I am hoping to achieve is the sence of what the scenery is like around in this area where I call home.

Heres a picture of Lake Tahoe on the Ca/Nv border, his particular one was taken from up on the highway.

Another pic of Lake Tahoe, I did this one from standing actually in the water, but ts basically just the lake and the mountains in the background.

This was taken on some hillside and I have no clue where because I cant remember taking any pictures by a barbed wire fence, I think its Martin Creek but then again it might not be, anyway its the valley in which I live in from some point on a hillside.

I DO know where this is from, it's the valley again from the mountains in front of our house that we hiked up one day, its not too clear but you can kinda see the potatoe fields and stuff (far right).

And this would be the lovely mountain we hiked up, I drew an arrow at the point we went to. Although the pic was taken at the basin it was a loooong way to the top.

This was a little kinda swamp thing we came across on the hike, even though it looks big in the pic it wasnt that big, the waters like maybe an inch deep or so haha, but it looked cool so I took a pic.

Another nice little thing from he hike, the stream was created by all the snow on the top and stuff, the whole stream fills up in a big pit not too far from my house and its like a little lake.

The infamous Martin Creek haha. We go here at least twice every summer, its really nice. The pic was done on this reall cool hill where you can either take a trail or do a little rock climbing. You can kinda see the water from the pic and the house is an old abandonded house filled with graffiti.

This is at martin creek again, only its a panoramic shot, and we were much higher up. The last pic I think was taken from the little cliff to the right of the mobile home thingy. And so you can see its much higher and the rock clmbing I mentioned before.

Okay heres a big thing here, fire. From the previous pics its kinda obvious that we would have fires and believe it or not this is a small one! Well small compared to some others we've had. I'll probably be putting some pics of "the big one" up if I ever find them.

Well this is the moon on the horizon taken from the basin of that one mountain we hiked up again. This time I think my cousin and I took our bikes to the basin and rode down hehe it was fun, scary too!

The other half of the last pic, it was a panoramic too, I should have put them together but oh well.

This is probably one of the best pictures I have ever taken. And as my comment suggested about all the stuff this is one of the things I was referring to. The color and the just pure beauty of what taking a picture of something natural is like.

Guess what? Its the moon again, I seem to have a few pics of the moon, oh well. Anyway this was taken from our back deck.

This is the moon AGAIN!!! This time its just barely up over the mountain, it looked cool in real life but the pictures just dont do it justice.

Heres the sun shining through one of our trees in the front yard, I'm not sure if theres smoke in the sky or not (making the sun appear a brighter red).

Heres a pic of the sunrise, except I am facing towards the west, well more north west I guess. Anyway I took it hoping to get this hawk that was onthe ple but you cant see it. Its all fuzzy cause I took it through the window.

Heres another pic that would fit into my best pictures. Just with the colors and everything, well as it suggests, its the sunrise, dont know what else to say.

Okay heres another one of the sunrise, I love how everything in the foreground is just black and the background is so bright red, it looks just awesome I think.

Well thats it for now, again, hope you liked the pics : )
