Never Say I Wish, say I Will

by Matt Recore

Never say, "I wish", say "I will",
For the greatest dreams can be greater still.
The people who wait are the ones in life
Who never succeed through all their strife.
They toil and work at the things they do,
But they're scared to try something new.
The hands of time slowly pass by
As they do nothing without even a try.
Yet the prevailed work like the flow of the earth
Trying to succeed for all it's worth.
To be of success a person must toil
To the extent where tempers will start to boil.
The people who wait tend to fail,
While the people who succeed try to prevail.
You must know what you want to do
In order to obtain the job that is true.
Open your eyes to the opportunities out there;
Don't throw them away without giving a care.
You have the option to be what you desire;
Don't waste your time, don't lose the fire.
It is your life, after all,
So always get up after you fall.
