1.. Ladies finger - 1/4 kg. (sliced into small pieces)
2. chilli powder -1/2 teaspoon
(or) red chilli - 4 no (sliced)
3. Onion - 1 (sliced)
4. Salt - 1 spoon
5. Oil - 3 spoon.
Method :
1. Keep the kadai & add 3 spoon
oil in it.
2. After it gets heated add the
onion, then venndaikai,
chill powder or red chilli,
salt.
3. Fry this nicely.
