TOMATO KULAMBU :

INGREDIENTS:
1. Tomato - 4 (sliced)
2. Chilli powder - 2 spoon(small spoon)
3. kottha malli powder - 2 spoon "
4. coconut - small piece
(grind all the 1 to 4 ingredients in a mixie)
5. ginger paste - 1/2 spoon
6. garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
7. turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon(small)
8. salt - 1 1/2 spoon(or as u require)
9. oil - 2 spoon
10. onion - 1 (sliced)

METHOD :

Keep the vadachatti on the stove. pour 2 spoon oil.
Then
add ginger & garlic paste, add onion and fry them all.
Then add the grinded items . Then add 2 tumblers of
water
Then add turmeric powder & salt. Boil it for 10 min.
If u want add the boiled potatoes(sliced) in the
kulambu
and allow it to boil for 2 secs. If karivepillai &
kothumalli
leaves available add it also.

That's all.
