ONION CHUTNEY:
1. Big onion - 2 (sliced)
2. Tomato - 2 (")
3. Puli - 1/2 spoon
4. Salt - 1 spoon
5. Karivepillai -5 leaves.
1. Keep the kadai & add 2 spoon
    oil in it.
2. Add onion. tomato, karivepillai
    leaves & fry them for some time
3. Allow it to cool for some time
4. Then put in the mixie add puli,
    salt and grind it (without adding
    water) If necessary then only u
    add water.
NOTE :

**Namma veetula iruikara puli mathiri
iruntha then u put that in water for
5 mts. Then make it as a paste.
For all the recipes except chutnies
we use puli like this only.

**Whichever is available there u use
that alone.

**If coconut is like a thick paste then
u use the amount mentioned in all
recipes. If it is very loose ie like
a liquid then add little more extra.
