SALT PARUPPU

Method:
~~~~~~
cookeril 1/4 thuvaramparuppu, 2 tumbler water, 1/2
spoon
oil, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder add all these and boil
it for
10-15 minutes. switch off the electric cooker. Open it

after some time and when it becomes cool smash the
boiled dhal in  u'r hands(if no mixie) or if u have
mixie
then just for a sec grind it.

After that add 2 spoon oil in vadachatti, then add
sliced onion (1), 2 green chilli(sliced) ,
karivepillai -
 fry all these and add all these with the boiled cum
 smashed dhal. Then add salt to it.

**FOR PREPARING GREEN DHAL
(PACHAI PAYIRU) USE THE SAME
 PREPARATION BUT INSTEAD OF
THUVARAMPARUPU ADD GREEN DHAL.

        PARUPPU READY
while having it add ghee along with white rice  and
eat nicely.
