Cabbage - 1/4  cup (sliced very small pieces)
Carrot - 1/4 cup      (        --do--               )
Kudamilagai - 1 no (       --do--               )
Beans - 1/4 cup       (    --do--                 )
Green Peas    - 1/4 cup ( Pacha Pattani)
Onion - 1 (Sliced)
Puthina, kothumalli  leaves (small qty)
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 2 tea spoon
Salt needful
Ginger, Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon

Method:

Arisiyei 1/4 hr ooravaithu thannirai vadithuvidu.
Electric cookeril 1 and 1/4 water  cherthu athil
arisi,salt (1 sp) pottu half boilaga vegavaikkavum
pin pressure cookeril ghee cherthu (or oil) onion,
puthina, kothumalli thalai, ginger, garlic paste
cherthu nangu vathakkavum. Pin vegetables,
kudamilagai, 1 sp salt cherthu nandraga varukkavum.
after 5 mts , athil vegavaitha rice,pepper powder,
ghee (1 sp) athil cherthu (for 2mts ) nandraga
kilarividavum.
