Personal Information - Catheann Reynolds  ladycatheann@hotmail.com

 ladycatheann@hotmail.com

I will start by saying that I have been on a metaphysical path for over 30
years and have followed my dreams for over 15 of those years keeping dream
journals and practicing a few (without much success) techniques for lucid
dreaming. Many of my dreams over the last few years involve my interaction
with groups of people (most everyone personally unknown to me) so we may
have connected on the astral levels already.

You will probably see me in your dreams as a female with long dark hair in
street clothes (few skirts), and I may have a staff and/or an animal (pet)
with me.

I normally sleep about 6 hours during the night with a nap later.  It is during the naps that many of the memorable dreams occur.
I  dream in color and like they say in Hollywood - Lights-Sound-Action

Sometimes I will recognize people - e.g. I am a passenger in a car moving down a street and I see someone I know standing there as we pass.

Hints to Improve your Dream Experiences:

You can first make the remembering of your dreams a priority. Your
desire to remember is one element. The next suggestion is to begin a dream
journal. Before you sleep, tell yourself you will remember your dreams.
When you wake in the morning, first thing to do is open the journal, date
and begin to write. Even if the first week or so all you write is that you
do not remember, the very act of the before sleep affirmation and waking
writing will let your subconscious know that you are serious. You may not
have any clear pictures at first to write in your journal, but you may have
a feeling, or a sensation, or perhaps the impression of a color. Write
about these things instead. Soon you will remember much more. Dreams fade
easily so be sure to write as soon as you awaken. Sudden sounds like alarms
or doorbells can drive the dreams away. Be patient with yourself and be
consistent in your practice.
