The firms are preparing to file the suit in California in the next two weeks. They must first choose a class spokesperson (who will represent all of those in California involved in the suit). The purpose of this, is so that not everyone must go to the court and testify. Once the spokesperson is chosen, the complaint can be filed.
I will keep everyone updated as I learn more information.
