Little Harwood Hole

The entrance pitch to Little Harwood Hole. This is about a 60m pitch from memory. The bottom half of the pitch is on the rock as you can see, but the top half is spectacularly free hanging.
The cave soon turns into an entertaining horizontal passage. It is an intermittent watercourse, and contains some areas of gour pools on the passage floor.
Notice the nice red/yellow glow produced by caving with carbide lamps.
