About the Artist
I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. At an early age I was exposed to beads and many other creative arts. I spent a lot of my free time upscaling my clothing with beads as I was a single mother. After relocating I relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with my wonderful husband, Anthony, and my youngest son, Alex, I was introduced to bead weaving.
Since then every sparkly bead that comes my way can't help but jump into my collection. I could probably start my own bead store! I have had a loom pattern published in Bead & Button #42 and in a beading book. I have also taught for various bead stores in Las Vegas, the City of Henderson Parks & Recreation Department, Joann Stores in Las Vegas, and more recently Michael's Arts and Craft stores in Las Vegas.
