Balletflex Basic Introduction:
Balletflex is wonderful for anyone just beginning to exercise, recovering from an injury, or new to dance. Lilly Hart will introduce you to and gently lead you through exercises that will help you develop and maintain flexibility, strength and stamina. Posture and alignment will be emphasized through simple ballet movements. Please consult a professional if you feel you may have a physical condition that restricts movement or could result in injury or re-injury of an existing condition.
