Storm Maker

A young woman named Denrei Arashi (messenger of the storm) joins the Japanese Police after her mother died under mysterious circumstances when she was only eight. Arashi is known for being physiologically connected to the weather. When her mother died (she was also known for this talent) it rained cherry blossoms for four hours in Okayama. Her mother’s name was Denrei Sakura (messenger of the cherry blossoms). Then one day while Arashi was working on a case file, she discovered that a man had been killed under the same exact circumstances as her mother. She begins to investigate this but then is confronted by Interpol while investigating in Tokyo. Her new partner, Anneichitsujo Dairiten (law and order agent) helps her along the way. Eventually they find out a dangerous man is behind it. Seiriteki heads this evil organization called the Juunishi (the 12 signs of the Chinese zodiac). They use each of the powers of the Chinese Zodiac. Of course many things stand in her way to find out the mystery behind her death.
