Essential Oils
Essential
oils are found in herbs, plants, flowers, fruits and the bark, roots or
resin of some trees. Even if you think you have never come across
these oils before, all of us are affected by them each day. Every time
you peel an orange, the essential oil squirts out of the tiny pockets in
the peel and, because it is so volatile, instantly evaporates into the
air releasing its bitter-sweet, tangy, citrus smell. And whether
you notice or not, the orange oil has a refreshing but relaxing effect.
Essential oils are so complex and magical that no one really knows what
they are. Romantics and enthusiasts say they are the life force of a plant,
similar to the human spirit.
Using Essential Oils
Essential oils have wonderful smell, improving health
and well-being with there magic ingredients, and can be used through
out your home. I use them for many different things in my house from
household cleaners , baths, soaps, room sprays, massages and body moisturizers
these are a few of the things essential oils can be used for. I hope every
2 or 3 weeks i will have new way how to use your oils.
