This Ringo song was offered to Badfinger as follow-up single to "Come And Get It", but the band politely refused - they found it too commercial. No doubt they would have been able to surpass Ringo's version; and the song may have fitted the band's sound nicely. Pete and Tom are featured on vocals on Ringo's hit-single. A better version with George Harrison on vocals and backed by Badfinger was recorded; a shame this version has not yet been released.
