Several times I’ve been asked which Badfinger album I would recommend for a newcomer to begin with. I’ve always felt it impossible to pick out just one album. Two main reasons : Firstly; they’re all so good, and secondly; no single album covers all aspects of the band - no compilation exists that does this either. This brings me to this new idea: If I was given the opportunity to choose 72 tracks for the 3 CD-set “The Ultimate Badfinger Collection” I think it would be these:
