I have recieved several email messages, from individuals and groups, who were interested in starting a web wring. Well, nobody wanted to or knew how to accomplish this.
I considered several ways to do this. We first looked at several commercialized services which would allow us to put a little "box" on everyone's page. However, this "box" does not always fit in with a webmaster's website strategy. In fact, in many cases, a "box" can be counter productive, even if devoted its own page.
Thus, we created this webring service. It is totally free, and there are no advertisements, which other commercial webrings do put on your page.
