We are not that kind of marriage agencies that looking for taking an advantage of their
clients. Our main aim is to help decent gay guys from small Ukrainian towns to find their Destiny
and to get the Greatest Love they deserve. Another main aim of us is to help serious family-oriented
Western gay men to find their second halves — genuine and sincere younger guys from Ukraine!
That’s why for our service we charge small fee just to cover our own expenses – you
may use it for as low as 49.95 US Dollars monthly. We do not charge Ukrainian guys
either for listing them online or for sending them your letters.
There won’t be any hidden/additional fees for using our letter forwarding. The rules are
simple and clear:
Using letter forwarding will save you precious months in communicating with Ukrainian guys.
In this service you e-mail us your letters (and photographs). We will print out the photos
and translate the letter and deliver everything to the guy of your choice by local mail.
This way the letter will be delivered by national mail in 3 to 5 days instead of the
international mail 15 to 30 days. Also, international letters are frequently stolen on the
way.
We will also translate the guy’s return letter to you and scan his pictures if he
includes any. Then we’ll send his reply via email. First
letter from you to a guy is FREE of charge – in case the guy interested
to establish contact we’ll inform you about it as soon as we hear this from him. Please
try to write some interesting things about you in the initial letter in order to awake
interest in person you want to make acquaintance with!
In case the guy, you wrote to, shows interest to the correspondence with you, it will cost
you only USD 49.95 for unlimited correspondence during one month with
exchanging of the unlimited quantity of the photographs.(we'll need to print them out for the
guy or scan his pictures for you).
This service of us has the lowest price in dating
industry!
Note: To keep lowest prices for our services ever
possible we refused from letters’ translation. We use very good translation
software “Promt” to translate letters, but you’ll be able to understand
everything the guy wrote.
Payments
Unfortunately, the agency temporaly does not work with payments by credit
cards (exc. Western Union online money transfer services - see Note below).
Though the credit card is a convenient way of payment, but it is very long (approx.
2 months) to receive this money in Ukraine. We prefer to work with other on-line
systems. We offer you some ways on-line and offline payments to the agency.

Offline money tansfer provided by Western Union or MoneyGram . It's reliable,
fast and easy for anyone to send or receive money worldwide. No credit card,
bank account or membership is needed. Agents are located in banks, post offices,
pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets, railway stations, airports and other
places.
In case you live outside of countries listed below:
- Simply bring your money to any Western Union agent and fill out a short form.
Designate the person who will be the recipient and the expected pay out location.
- Pay a service fee.
- Get a receipt with a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
- Email us of the transfer and send us your full name, the MTCN, list of guys'
IDs with whom you want to stay incorrespondence.
- Then, we can go to our Western Union agent and will be paid immediately to
begin to serve you according the services you've paid for.

check the Yellow Pages. Money is received just minutes after it is sent. Western
Union uses the latest electronic technology and unique worldwide computer
network for immediate payout in more than 140 countries. ". They will give you a
ten digit "Money Transfer Control Number " (MTCN). Do not ask for a secret word
or code question. After we receive your money, we'll send you our immediate
confirmation.

1. Emails:
The following items are not allowed and will
removed from any form of contact such as emails.
1. Personal email addresses.
2. Postal or Physical Addresses and Email address.
2a. Address can be obtained during your meetings with the guys.
3. Telephone numbers.
3a. Telephone numbers can be obtained in person from the guys only.
4. You are not allowed to make meeting
arrangements with the guys prior to meeting them in person. All meetings
are arranged by the office for a fee necessary to let the guy come to
Kiev.
Note: Once you meet theguy in person in Kiev you can then make other
arrangements via email.
2. Meetings
- All meetings will take place in the office, unless other arrangements
are made in advance.
- The meeting room at the office is available
- No meeting can be arranged via email without the consent of the office.
- Once you meet the guy in person, you may request from him any
information you wish. We do not charge to arrange a second meeting with
the guy during your primary visit. However if he refuses to provide the
information to you we can not give it to you.
- You may use any interpreter from any agency to meet with theguy. We do
not require you to use ours.
3. Engagements
- All guys will have their profile removed and the photograph posted as
engaged once we are notified.
- All notifications must provide evidence to support the claim.
- All notifications will be verified with the guy.
- If a guy claims the engagement is false and evidence is provided to us
from the men, the guy will be removed until we clarify the situation.
4. False
engagements/Blacklisting
- Any guy who has more then one active engagement will be removed and
banned from the agency.
- Any guy who receives three or more complaints from three different
guys for scamming and evidence is provided will be posted on our blacklist.
- Any guy who enters an agency with the purpose of scamming and proof is
provided will be blacklisted.
Note: definition of scamming is someone who provides false information or
intentions to a man for the purpose of financial gains.
5. Refund Policy
- Monthly correspondence fee. None, unless a good reason is given.
- Meeting: 100 percent if guy doesn't show. None if you don't.
- Taxis, 72hr notice required for full refund. Otherwise none.
- Apartment rental/cancellation. ZERO REFUND. If you don't show you
don't get the money back. Sorry about this but we taken too many loses on
no shows.
6. Security
deposit on Apartments
1. Western style apartments require a $200.00 security deposit.
2. If you arrive without a reservation you must pay the deposit in the
office.
7. Criminal Sexual History notification
If you ever been convicted of a sex offence such as "Domestic
Violence, sexual assault, child abuse, dating violence, elder abuse, sexual
exploitation, incest, abusive sexual contact, sexual assault, kidnapping,
servitude, or an attempt to commit any such crime involving a minor you must
notify the office in advance of any meetings. It is this agency policy to
notify the guys prior to any meeting with a guy. If you are in American a
check of the National Sex offenders database will be completed by the office
prior to your first meeting with any guy from the agency.
8. Non-Agency
services such as tours, skating, disco, boat rentals
The office will be glad to help you setup any service
outside of our agencies service for you. This is a free service as long as
the staff can do it over the phone or via an interpreter. However please
NOTE: Due to the local service providers and a HIGH amount of scams we do
not guarantee any such services and shall not be held responsible for any
failure of such service, over charges or lack of promise service. We will do
our best to ensure you are getting what you want. We recommend that you
don't pay until you received the service and ensure that the amount will not
change. Be careful of any service that charges an hourly rate as you will
be charge for any overtime. It is the clients responsibility to ensure he
finish the service at the agreed on time. Otherwise you might get a bill at
