Key Accomplishments:

·          Coordinated localization of application in eleven languages for the world's largest chip maker and leading manufacturer of computer and network products - expanding reach to new global solution providers. Designed and developed comprehensive online tool used to locate over 4,000 providers worldwide and closed pre-existing gaps in data flow via a Web Services application integration. Generated seamless experience for end-users via ISAPI based single-sign on authentication process.

·          Served as Technical Lead on a 12-month engagement with one of the world’s largest financial services institutions.  During that time, application was piloted and successfully generated new ideas for value-adding enhancements, which have since been added to the application.  Full production rollout is in process.

·          For the top consumer desktop software manufacturer, designed and developed a custom solutions management module, allowing partners to track solutions and technology experiences, as well as end-customer clients.  Built corresponding reports, giving the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in channel.  Solutions module became a standard for customers looking for similar functionality.

·          Per invitation, joined engineering team to assist with design and development of a configurable workflow engine.  New functionality has since been a key selling point to prospective customers.

·          Built strong partnerships with customers such that several customers have requested my participation for future work.

·          Member of task force in six month internal process redevelopment effort with the goal of creating greater stability within the company.

·          Served as acting manager while direct manager took extended time off.

Key Accomplishments:

·          Procured, built and delivered 200+ Unix and NT servers, successfully handling project risks and changes through innovative solutions.  Met crucial milestones, leading to successful technological split between Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.

·          Outlined advantages of our integration services to customers, resulting in several affirmative decisions to continue relationship with HP.Managed development lifecycle for Shop Floor tracking application.  Tool allowed Project Managers better visibility of the status of projects, Process Managers better insight on workloads, and the organization the means to track process timeframes as input into Capacity Planning.

·          Automated Project Data Sheets to systematically feed resource data into a Resource Planning Tool.  Eliminated 50% of manual entry into Resource Planning Tool, and 100% of effort to maintain Project Listings and Matrices.
