Budapest was a great place to end my Eastern Europe trip. Its
similar to Prague in many ways, but just edges it for me due
to its more laid back atmosphere. There is loads of historical
things to see, and the picturesque danube Bend is very nearby.

I stayed in two differnt hostels, the Central Park
and the Station. The second of these was the better,
mainly because it was smaller, but the rooms bigger. The
Station has an all night bar and a free pool table, and is
a short bus (no.7) ride from the centre.
