Chromium in the composition of "Sveltform+" regulates
carbohydrate, lipidic and cholesterol exchange in organism. It is a
component of low-molecular organic compound (factor of tolerance
towards glucose), which regulates assimilation of glucose by cells
of organism and makes for maintaining the normal level of glucose in
blood. It is established that chromium intensifies insulin effect
and the quantity of necessary insulin decreases in its presence.
Obviously, the effect of chromium is proved out in the increase of
insulin-receptors number (and not in change of affinity towards
insulin). Besides, insulin can form tertiary complex between insulin
and tissular receptors facilitating interaction between insulin and
tissues.
The phytoelements of the BAC "Sveltform+" can prove
effective in the fight against overeating, body overweight and
obesity which are etiological factors for the diabetes of the II
type (insulin-independent). Garcinia cambodian in the composition of
"Sveltform+" contains hydroxicitric acid, which reduces
heightened appetite, inhibits assimilation of fats and normalizes
their exchange in organism. The biochemical mechanism of this
process is as follows: hydroxicitric acid, that has rather similar
structure to citric acid, inhibits the activity of enzyme of lyase
citrate and thereby it depresses generating of acetyl CoA on the
opponent model. In its turn, this process straitens subsequent
synthesis of fatty acids by means of malonile CoA and activates
oxidation of fats and carbohydrates in liver and tissues. Owing to
caffeine, camellia chinese (green tea) stimulates enzymatic process
of fat oxidation and removing fats from organism. Brown seaweed rich
in iodine, which is scarce in nutrition, normalizes functions of
thyroid and improves metabolic processes.
Ascorbic acid is of great importance in regulation of
reductive-oxidative processes, increases dynamic activity of immune
system and possesses antioxidant qualities.
The results of the clinical tests carried out in the Clinic of
health food in the Research Institute of nutrition of RAMS, evidence
that the product has a positive influence on the state of lipidic
and carbohydrate exchange in the group of patients diseased in
hypertension and obesity. For example, after "Sveltform+"
had been used, the level of cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose
in blood plasma reduced of 11%, 17% and 12% correspondingly in
comparison with raw data. Enrichment of a ration with aforesaid
product contributed to activation of the system of POL-antioxidant
protection: the activity of antioxidant enzymes increased (glutatione
- of 30%, superoxiddismutase - of 33%) and the concentration of
vitamin C in blood plasma increased for certain of 35%. At the same
time with the activation of the system of POL-antioxidant
protection, the level of primary (dienic conjugate) and secondary (malonic
dialdehyde) products of peroxidation of lipids in red corpuscles
reduced correspondingly of 19% and 25% under the influence of the
BAC "Sveltform+". Using the BAC "Sveltform+"
contributed to activation of humoral link of the immune system - the
level of IgM and C3 component alexine increased of 36% and 29%
correspondingly in comparison with raw data that is an evidence of
immune-modulating effect of this parapharmaceutic.
