When choosing an occupation, a firm or a company for ourselves what do we pay attention to first of all to? None of us wants to be deceived; therefore, we look for a legal business instead of just another short-term "quick job". Everyone wants to have stable and high earnings, prestigious and respected profession needed by the people. Of course, social guarantees, insurance, the prospects of development are necessary too. You will say that it is Utopia, and a company like this can not exist in our country. You are mistaken: it already exists. And we are proud of the fact that we work for this company - "Vision International People Group". There is a lot of reasons for our pride, and we are happy that today we have an opportunity to share these reasons with you.

Why network marketing?

At the end of the 1940s, the network marketing industry was born in the USA, when the problem of unemployment became outstanding there, while the manufacturers faced the problem of selling products. It was an original economic breakthrough which allowed to find jobs not only for the professionals, but also for unskilled workers. At the same time, it allowed to improve the scheme of product realization by reducing the length of the way the goods travel from manufacturer to consumer and by increasing the quality of service. Thus a new trade - that of a distributor - was born.
A distributor is engaged in offering goods and services to end-consumers. These goods and services always have very high quality, they are top-selling and meet the requirements and standards of the modern market. Our century is the one of high technologies, rapid pace of life and urbanization. Therefore more attention is given to non-manufacturing business, to the rapid and high-quality service. When you come to a shop, you want the seller not simply to sell you something, but also to consult you, give you good advice, help you make a choice and to tell you as much as possible about goods. Moreover, besides the goods they are in need of, consumers also want to get attention and a pleasant company. The trade of the distributor meets all the above-mentioned and many other requirements; therefore, it can be called the most modern and perspective one. It is indeed a trade of the XXI century.
Network marketing began to develop in Russia in the end of the 1980s, when our country was going through one of the most complicated periods in its history. It is a new economic reality that is not only able to increase the labor market by creating new vacancies. It is also able to improve considerably the financial position of our fellow citizens and to increase the quality of production itself as well as the quality of client service - that is, the service of you and me.
There already are more than 5000 network companies all over the world. Such well-known corporations as "Coca-Cola", "Palmolive", "Toyota" also use network marketing system for distributing their goods and services, because they understand that this kind of business is profitable, promising and safe.
