The purpose of this website is acquaint the reader with knowledge of an ancient spiritual force known as the Dragon, and the fundamentals of its divine wisdom known as Alchemy or High Magick.

First, one should become aware of the various techniques and methodologies utilized to accomplish the Great Work. In addition to Alchemical practice, these include the vast amount of information available concerning traditions of Creation and Redemption, which often have an application to one's personal transformation. Also, one should study the major methodologies such as Kabbalah and Kundalini Yoga, and a number of other referents such as Shamanism and Witchcraft. The more knowledge you have of such techniques, the more likely it is that you will see the underlying universal pattern of transformation that is a prerequisite to any serious undertaking of the Great Work.

Second, one needs to undertake some form of ritual and/or meditative practice on a regular basis in order to begin one's transformation. A number of such techniques are presented here in enough detail for the seeker to begin such Work. Such practices, however, should not be performed in a vacuum; it is incumbent upon the seeker to discover as much as possible from other sources about the practices undertaken. A magickal diary should be kept, detailing one's practices and any relevant inspiration or new knowledge one acquires. Make the Journey itself your goal, and the True Goal will manifest itself along the Way.

Please note that this site is neither an instruction manual nor an encyclopedia of knowledge concerning any particular system. Rather, it presents excerpts from various fields in an attempt to bring the reader to some understanding of the Great Work, and to help the reader to set foot upon that long and arduous, yet passionate, fulfilling and illuminating Path known as Initiation. May the ecstatic beauty of the Light and the Dark discover to you the ambrosia of the gods and fill your cup to overflowing.
