Student Evaluation: Three 100 point lecture examinations.
One 200 point cumulative final exam
100 points for class assignments.
100 points for quizzes
Testing format: The questions for the lecture exams will be taken from the lecture notes, information from the textbook and from any readings that may be specifically assigned. The lecture exam format will consist of multiple choice, true or false, matching and short answer essay questions
Grading: The maximum total that can be earned is 700 points. The total points earned by each student will be converted to a percentage and the final letter grade will be assigned according to the scale given below.
A+ 97-100 A 94-96 A- 90-93
B+ 87-89 B 84-86 B- 80-83
C+ 77-79 C 74-76 C- 70-73
D+ 67-69 D 64-66 D- 60-63
F 59 and below
Attendance: Attendance on lecture exam and quiz days is mandatory. No Make-up exams will be given.
