My Personal Progress

I just recently started getting back into the gym on a regular basis in January 2004. It was hard to keep a routine going but i've stuck to it very well so far. My biggest problem was always my diet, but i've just started a diet plan (late Feb. 2004) so i think it will help me quite a bit. My trouble zones are my chest, legs, and abs. I feel my upper back needs quite a bit of work too, but it's been coming along fairly well in the last month.

This section of my website is to track my own personal progress from lifting weights. When i started back up again in Jan. i had been on basically a 2 year lay off from the gym. I had gone to the gym on and off in the last 2 years but nothing steady. Now i have plenty of free time and i have the motivation, drive, and determination to keep myself going.

My stats are:

Height - 6'0

Weight - 195 pounds

Age - 20 years old

Bodyfat - Not sure, but i know it's between 10 and 14%

My goals are:

By this summer i want to be at least a solid 200 pounds. I'm pushing for 210 though, but it's gonna be VERY difficult, as i will be training naturally (no steroids). I will keep posting new pictures every 2-4 weeks to track my progress better.

Strength!

Right now (feb.04) My max bench press that i have tried for is 225 pounds for 3 reps (unassisted). Incline Dumbbell Press with the 85's for 5 reps. Military barbell press with 125 pounds for 6 reps. Squat 200 pounds for 8 reps. Dead lift 185 pounds for 7 reps. Standing dumbbell curl 50 pound dumbbells for 4 reps (no swing, good form). I always found that i am much stronger then I look, but hopefully soon I will be looking as strong as I am.
