At this time I would like to thank the ladies who organized the fund raising

for my VisionKey, computer and Gus. It was called “ Friends of Sam”. They

enough in just 3 months. Their names are Eileen Martin, Charlene Snow,

Phyllis Hunter, Susan Howie and Cathy MacInnis. Thank you for a job well

done. It has opened up the ALS world to me.

Also I would like to thank Dr. Chafe from Sydney. He put a lot of hours in to

to make sure my VisionKey was working up to spec for me. We still keep in

touch for a number of reasons. If I need my eyes examined, he will come to

my house. If anything happened to my VisionKey will come to my house. But

most importantly I consider him a friend.

To the various groups in the community, to the business people in surrounding

the areas, to the people who gave money and the Donkin Volunteer Fire Depart.

who put on a benefit dance, I thank all of you.

I wouldn’t know much about my computer if it weren’t for George White. He

helped with the setup of the computer and VisionKey. When I started getting

used to the computer, George has been after me to my site a face lift.. So this is

it. I must admit, it was well over due. Thanks George.
