Rules and Regulations 1. This show will run under Equine Canada rules and regulations. However this is not a sanctioned show, therefore the ruling of the judge is final. 2. All entries must be received no later than August 27th, 2009 or fees will double. Please send all entries to - Harbour Edge Equestrian Facility Incorporated Juanita d'Eon RR#3 North West Harbour Shelburne Co., NS B0T 1W0 902-307-0940 Fax 902-637-3208 Make all cheques payable to Harbour Edge. All cheques and a signed waiver must accompany entry form or be presented before receiving your ring number if you entered by phone. No postdated cheques. Fee for NSF Cheques will be $20.00. 3. Competitors' numbers must be worn and visible at all times in the schooling areas as well as the ring. 4. All Horse owners must have horses' inoculated and be prepared to show receipt upon request. 5. Headgear: All people 18 years and under must wear ASTM/BSI approved helmets with a fixed harness while mounted anywhere on the show grounds. 6. Entry forms and waivers must be signed by exhibitors, agents or if the exhibitor is a junior their parents or guardian. 7. Any actions against a horse by the rider or owner, which are deemed excessive by the judge, steward, or show committee members on the show grounds may be punished resulting in elimination and being asked to leave the show grounds. Excessive use of spurs will result in the party being barred from the remainder of the show with no refund. 8. No dogs permitted on show grounds. 9.All prizes will be awarded at the end of each day. 10.The Show will start at 9:00 AM 11.Bedding will not be provided and exhibitors will be expected to clean out their stalls before leaving and place the manure in the pit provided. 12.There will be a canteen available on the grounds. 13. No Smoking permitted anywhere on the grounds. 14. No money refunded unless a veterinarian's certificate is presented.
