Welcome to the Communication, Energy and Paperworkers Union Local 40N web site. We are employees of a major Nova Scotia food processing plant located in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. Some of our members work at depots through out the province. At present, we have 280 union members. Our members include people with many skills: food processors, industrial mechanics, power engineers, lab technicians, machine operators, electricians, sanitary welders, labourers and truck driving personnel.
