Yes the Pokemon Center is starting a webring. Note that this webring has just started so grab a top spot while they are still available.

Are you a Pokémaniac with a website? Well if so, this webring is for you!
If you agree with these simple guidelines, then you can join this ring...
Your site must not contain pornography, illegal stuff, offensive material, etc, etc. In other words, your site must be suitable for children (big and small).
Your site must contain something related to Pokémon. (and I don't just mean a measly picture)
Once you submit your site, you will receive an email containing a HTML fragment. You must put this on your site (within 24 hours). You must keep this code on, and musn't alter it. If you put it on your main page, the webring can add your site automatically instead of waiting for me to check it, so if you want your site added quickly, put it on the main page!
After the code is up, open that email that was sent to you and just hit the reply button, easy as that!
