He claims to know Fei's father and later on you find out that Grahf is Fei's father. He wishes to control Id. He planned the whole incident in Lahan just to try make Id's persona surface and control him. He gives people the power of the Destruction, to fight you to test you and to try to get Id to surface over Fei.
