One of my favorite manga is Earthian.... It's about a pretty black haired angel named Chihaya.
Chihaya comes from a planet called Eden. Eden has been watching over Earth for billions of years. However, Earthians (humans) are becoming a danger to Earth and the rest of the galaxy.
The arch angels Michael, and Raphael begin to test the Earthians. They send out teams of two angels- one a minus checker who doesn't like Earthians and wish them to be destroyed- the other a plus checker, who loves Earth and Earthians.
One of these teams is Chihaya (plus checker) and his friend Kagetsuya.
There are 5 volumes of manga released (though the story continues) and three OAVs. Rumours say that there may be more OAVs....
