To his *N Sync buddies, Lance is considered the strong silent type. Always the one to come up with the ideas behind unique promotions for the quintet; his friends call him "Mr. Music Head."
Since Lance has been singing his entire life, it's no surprise that only one audition gained him acceptance in the popular group. "I always wanted to sing professionally, but I didn't think I'd have the chance until *N Sync called me up and offered me this unique opportunity," he explained.
Since then, Lance has really been one of the most proactive members of the group, often suggesting different charitable efforts that they may support like Adopt-A-Pet.
"I was watching Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous," he remembers. "They were talking about this charity where celebrities that love animals can assist in getting them adopted. I thought, I want to be a part of that!"
