Bonnie Prince Charlie Landed in Kinlochmoidardt which is the estate that Angus Macisaac had his croft on the land called Caolsmore, Kylesmore. In 1745 John and Angus Macisaac went off with Donald MacDonald to fight with Bonnie Prince Charlie. Donald MacDonald was caught by the English, hung, drawn and quartered. Their house at Kinlochmoidart was burned and the Clan Ranald castle was destroyed.I am interested in finding other Macisaac families.
I believe many of my cousins are in the USA and Canada, particularly in Nova Scotia.
