• when you play SimCity3000, you name your city "the Money City"
• you think your guitar playing improves when you wear your Converse shoes
• if you did a presentation on fashion in the 90s, you'd use Patrick's hair to illustrate change
• you can recite the between song banter from the party album, including "bear with him, he's a little drunk"
• you wear all black on September 20th
• you're considering painting your house purple
• you want to name your kid Jolene*
• you think Patrick should have been in Easy Rider, not what's-his-face...
• you describe your mood using song lyrics or titles ( "how's it going today?" "ah, I'm amped!" )
• you don't understand why everyone loves the Murph
• when you go to Toronto, you think every dark haired man you see on the street is Patrick
• you've named your band The Yellow Line , Sugartune , Frozen Where I Stand , Footprints Across the Sea or Rock Bottom
• you have fantasies of attending sloan concerts and being pulled up onto the stage to sing I Can Feel It
• you've thought out a video for I Can Feel It
• Sloan songs can be divided into two categories--Patrick and non-Patrick
• you resent how Chris refers to Patrick as "scary spice" on the YTV hitlist special

obviously not all these will apply to everyone. a couple of these don't even apply to me, but were taken from things I've seen my backstreet boy obsessed best friend say or do.
