The awarding of a Nobel Peace Prize to Albert Gore and the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), headed by Indian scientist Dr RK Pachauri is
collusion in the sanitization of history.
Albert Gore was Vice-President over of one most corrupt eras concerning the
environment in American and World
History from 1993 to early 2001. During this tine period I was and still am held
under conditions of chemical assault and scorched earth. In 1992 I was living in
San Diego, California which is now undergoing fierce Santa Ana winds and
catastrophic wildfires.
The air every night was contaminated with numerous chemicals including acids.
This was facilitated by placing chemicals in autos and driving such through the
environment.
I was physically in Washington DC for President Bill Clinton's Vietnam Veterans speech. The president and vice-president are both conscious of the scorched earth and the and did nothing to remedy such then or during their legal terms.
To perpetuate his fictitious life as an environmentalist one can note the

Below is an example of political theater and the Trojan Horse Syndrome of using
environmentalism to front a platform of various issues which are externalities.
Should these speakers be regarded as objective authorities free from An Assault
On Reason as Gore now claims.
The following small selection is only part of the co-option of environmentalists
themselves to weaken living space to totalitarian forces which use externalities
like the environment to marginalize or even kill of populations.
Al Gore is truly a leading figure in Convergent Totalitarianism and Fatalism and
Dependency rather than world leadership. Concrete history refutes his Academy
Award and Nobel Prize. Both The Academy that gives out awards for film and the
Nobel Peace Prize should be taken to cast for cowardliness and cronyism, not for
advancing Peace.
Global warming and clean air policies
TOM BEARDEN: On the global warming issue, the Vice President has long claimed
leadership, going back to his tenure in the US Senate. He led the US delegation
to the 1992 Earth Summit in Brazil, and supporters say he rescued the 1997
Global Warming Conference in Kyoto, Japan. That conference produced the Kyoto
protocols, wherein 150 nations agreed to targets for reducing their emissions of
greenhouse gases.
KATIE McGINTY: It is without doubt that his trip to Kyoto at the most critical
time in those discussions was the decisive element in forging the final
compromise which led to the Kyoto protocol itself, and which led -- for the
first time in history -- to a legally-binding regime that would have all of the
nations of the world joining hands in a joint effort to turn down the dial, if
you will, on the buildup of these climate disrupting pollutants.
TOM BEARDEN: But the administration has yet to submit the protocol to the Senate
for ratification because senators have made it clear they will not do so without
substantial guarantees of action by other nations. The Heritage Foundation's
Antonelli finds a consistent pattern in all this.
ANGELA ANTONELLI: They've not succeeded legislatively, but that then has pushed
them to do things administratively; that is, acting on their own authority
within the White House to try and move their agenda forward.
The Clinton-Gore administration has basically gone around Congress because they
haven't been able to get their legislative agenda through and moved
independently to take actions -- whether it be the federal government locking
off hundreds of millions of acres of land or other kinds of actions,
implementation of the Kyoto protocol and global warming even though the Senate
must ratify that. That hasn't been done.
PROTESTERS: Al Gore, corporate whore!
TOM BEARDEN: Even some environmentalists are disappointed with Gore's clean air
record. Brent Blackwelder is executive director of Friends of the Earth, a
national environmental organization which endorsed Bill Bradley instead of Gore
in the presidential primaries.
BRENT BLACKWELDER: One of the reasons the Friends of the Earth Political Action
Committee endorsed Bradley was we thought Bradley got far more legislative
results than Gore did when he was in office. And one of our major critiques of
Gore was that he knew the issues, but he did not legislate and get results.
TOM BEARDEN: But Blackwelder does applaud Gore for going to Kyoto.
BRENT BLACKWELDER: I think Gore gets credit for having been there and gotten that started. And so I think that is a high point for what they did. I think the low point on climate is the failing to actually practice what you preach by not keeping US greenhouse gas emissions down to 1990 levels, instead letting them grow to be 13 percent more by the time we ended the decade.
TOM BEARDEN: The Sierra Club's Carl Pope has a much higher opinion of the
administration's clean air record.
CARL POPE: Al Gore's been a real hero on cleaning up air pollution during the
last eight years. We have seen phenomenal progress from the Environmental
Protection Agency in cleaning up what comes out of our cars, in cleaning up
power plants in the Midwest that had gone for 30 years without being regulated,
in setting down some standards that will complete the job of cleaning up air
quality in the Northeast.
Toxic waste and Superfund sites
TOM BEARDEN: Of all the aspects of the environment that Gore has dealt with,
toxic waste may have stirred the most controversy. The Superfund Law, which
deals with the cleanup of toxic waste sites, is one of the pivotal and most
contested pieces of US environmental legislation.
AL GORE: The subcommittee will come to order.
TOM BEARDEN: The Gore campaign says he played a leading role in creating that
law when he called for congressional hearings in 1978 that revealed the illegal
dumping of billions of pounds of toxic chemicals. McGinty says he's followed
through in the years since.
KATIE McGINTY: We have completed with the vice president's leadership more than
three times the number of Superfund cleanups than any of the previous
administrations, so the record is very strong. However, the administration has
also put on the table time and time again over the last seven years, important
new legislation that would update the Superfund program, that would improve it.
And at every turn, the majority in the Congress has failed to pass that
legislation.
TOM BEARDEN: Angela Antonelli sees the record differently.
ANGELA ANTONELLI: We're doing a terrible job. We need to do better. Most
Americans want that. They understand the program is broken. But unfortunately,
as has been the case with many other programs, the administration has been
unwilling to effectively work with Congress, to craft a bipartisan solution on
how to improve the superfund program.
TOM BEARDEN: In his 1992 book "Earth in the Balance: Ecology and the Human
Spirit", then-Senator Gore said, "we must make the rescue of the environment the
central organizing principle for civilization," and said, mankind should
undertake "wrenching transformation" to save the planet. Such proposals are
logical to some, radical to others. The Vice President's environmental rhetoric
and his long record will be pivotal for some voters when they consider his
candidacy.

Al Gore Accused of Sexual Assault in Oregon - No Charges

Law enforcement authorities in Portland, Oregon said Wednesday they had investigated complaints by a 54-year-old masseuse that she was "subjected to unwanted sexual touching" by former Vice President Al Gore in 2006, but that the case was closed for insufficient evidence.
The District Attorney said the woman, who was not identified by name ,had refused to cooperate with police after her attorney made the initial complaint six weeks after the alleged incident.
A spokesperson for the former Vice President said the family had no comment on the case.
According to a 73-page "Confidential Special Report" made public by authorities Wednesday, the "licensed massage therapist" stated she was summoned to a suite at the upscale Lucia Hotel at the request of a guest, where "during the course of this massage session Al Gore did sexually assault me in his room."
In a detailed statement given to police more than two years after the alleged incident the woman described her surprise at arriving for the VIP massage appointment to find Al Gore drinking beer and opening his arms in a hug saying "Call Me Al."
But she said her VIP client later turned "angry and threatening" when she resisted Gore's efforts to force her hand to his inner thigh and lower abdominal area during the massage and then attempted to rip her clothes as she struggled against him, she told police.
Gore "flipped me flat on my back and threw his whole body face down over atop me pinning me down and outweighing me by quite a bit," injuring her
back and legs, she claimed. "He kept trying to have sex with me," said the woman, who described the situation as "frightening."
According to the report, the woman said Gore booked the appointment using the pseudonym "Mr. Stone."
In a statement accompanying the report, Portland Police said that after initially refusing to cooperate in early 2007, the masseuse returned in 2009, finally offering to be interviewed by investigators, bringing a prepared statement and the clothes she said she had worn that night as evidence.

On April 20, 2010 the Gulf Horizon oil rig that was leased by British Petroleum BP suffered a blowout that has caused an enduring crisis. This event has sideswiped Barack Obama. The spill could be conceivable larger than 30,000 barrels of oil per day.
Albert Gore has separated from his wife Tipper. This in this entrapment weakens him. Marriage is definitely stronger.
I am considering staying here in Lassen once more. As seen I do not regard the to events as separate. Conditions here are poor and there is no $20 billion escrow fund for damages.
As persons age and pass away, it is strongly apparent that Barack Obama is the focal target for a future criminal prosecution. If he lives 30 more years he will be 79 on August 4, 2040.
The total size of person affected probably places this event easily in the top ten historically. Arsenic contamination in Bangladesh, Bhopal, and Chernobyl are the top three recognized catastrophes.
All sworn officials born in 1960 or later are also emerging as persons of interest. California has emerged as a showcase for historical purposes.
These issues are prominent hypotheticals to consider.

Marc Faber Advises to Buy Gold

The world’s most powerful investors have been advised to buy farmland, stock up on gold and prepare for a “dirty war” by Marc Faber, the notoriously bearish market pundit, who predicted the 1987 stock market crash.
The bleak warning of social and financial meltdown, delivered today in Tokyo at a gathering of 700 pension and sovereign wealth fund managers.
Dr Faber, who advised his audience to pull out of American stocks one week before the 1987 crash and was among a handful who predicted the more recent financial crisis, vies with the Nouriel Roubini, the economist, as a rival claimant for the nickname Dr Doom.
Speaking today, Dr Faber said that investors, who control billions of dollars of assets, should start considering the effects of more disruptive events than mere market volatility.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]“The next war will be a dirty war,” he told fund managers: "What are you going to do when your mobile phone gets shut down or the internet stops working or the city water supplies get poisoned?”
His investment advice, which was the first keynote speech of CLSA’s annual investment forum in Tokyo, included a suggestion that fund managers buy houses in the countryside because it was more likely that violence, biological attack and other acts of a “dirty war” would happen in cities.
He also said that they should consider holding part of their wealth in the form of precious metals “because they can be carried”.
One London-based hedge fund manager described Mr Faber’s address as “excellent, chilling stuff: good at putting you off lunch, but not something I can tell clients asking me about quarterly returns at the end of March”.
Dr Faber did offer a few more traditional investment tips, although their theme fitted his general mode of pessimism.
In Asia, particularly, he said, stock pickers should play on future food and water shortages by buying into companies with exposure to agriculture and water treatment technologies.
One of Dr Faber’s darker scenarios involves growing military tension between China and the United States over access to limited oil resources.
Today the US has a considerable advantage over China because it has free access to oceans on both coasts, and has potential energy suppliers to the north and south in Canada and Mexico.
It also commands an 11-strong fleet of aircraft carriers that could, if necessary, secure supply routes in a conflict situation.
China and emerging Asia, meanwhile, face the uncertainty of supplies that must travel from the Middle East through winding sea lanes and the Malacca bottleneck.
American military presence in Central Asia, Dr Faber said, may add to the level of concern in Beijing.
“When I tell people to prepare themselves for a dirty war, they ask me: “America against whom?” I tell them that for sure they will find someone.”
At the heart of Dr Faber’s argument is a fundamentally gloomy view on the US economy and its capacity to service a growing mountain of debt.
His belief, fund managers were told, is that the US is going to go bankrupt.
Under President Obama, he said, the country’s annual fiscal deficit will not drop below $1 trillion and could rise beyond that figure.
Arch bears have predicted that US debt repayments could hit 35 per cent of tax revenues within ten years.
Dr Faber believes that the ratio could easily hit 50 per cent in the same time frame.

The Owens River Channel is CHEMICALLY DESPOILED FROM BISHOP PAST BIG PINE, CALIFORNIA. Air is also despoiled by persons driving automobiles with chemicals in their gas tanks. This damage has at least a fifty mile perimeter. This attack is focused over a natural person myself David William Nollmeyer it will therefore also attack all citizens and natural persons in the perimeter.
I state that Barack Obama is violating my civil rights under the 14th Amendment (Due Process), 4th Amendment (Abuse of electronic surveillance), 8th Amendment (No cruel and unusual treatment, and 42 28 USC (Civil Rights Acts of 1964).
I also state that Barack Obama is Under the Color of Law:

such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
This complaint states at least three predicate acts. President Obama meets the criteria of a criminal enterprise under Title 18 1961 of the United States Federal Code or the Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
The FBI should consider these activities as corrupt and a SERIOUS THREAT TO HOMELAND SECURITY WHICH THIS AGENCY HAS JURISDICTION.

Open Letter to Friends of Human Rights

Dear Friends,
It is clearly time for me in this trajectory of de facto human rights abuse here in the United States to continue to advocate my legal rights against sworn competent authorities. In continuation of an unrecognized Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth is the corruption of academia and learning.
Everything that exists in space and time is a phenomena, event, or permutation that has it's own unique history.
Manifest Function – There is a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth being developed out of Los Angeles Police Department, California. It is a Gay Militancy. The legal jurisdiction with the greatest damage is the State of California and the United States Federal District of California. This is implying guilt under the Bill of Rights, Amendments, Title 18 USC, and sworn treaties which the United States has ratified.
Latent Function – The event is designed as an act of war. This appears to be the work of Cambridge Law School. They appear to be LGBTi orientated. The 1930s era appears to have done most of the work. Such is designed as scientific determinism or nativism. In degree it is no more than socialization with external rewards and punishments. Most of these rewards are economic, career paths, and impunity from prosecution.
In light of the abuses states supra, I have challenged the University of California. They are legally responsible for developing a public curricula based on scientific determinism and secular humanism. They are also obligated to record the history of California. It is prima facie that the University of California is de facto and or negligent. A full professor at this school is paid $180,000 per anum.
I have already confronted UC Mark Yudof over this degradation of the school's legal mission.
What is manifest is that the scripting that LAPD is following is a Joe Virus. This is similar to the using of a botnet of computers to stage a denial of service to a domain server. This recently happened to a Georgian economic professor's Twitter and Youtube accounts.
Here we have a manifest Gay Irrationalism – Gay Know Nothing apparatus. Before deciding to undertake this legal confrontation with UC, a quantification of LAPD abilities was made verbally. They would test into pre- algebra in the California Junior College System.
They are not able to identify integers and irrational numbers on a basic number line. They cannot understand what a constant and variable are. They are confused about basic elements on a Cartesian graph. A very intense argument over what is X2, hence a parabola that is a reflective symmetrical graph occurred which results in criminal harassment. A simple algebraic expression as 4x + 2y = 10 cannot be solved. If solved for y, x = 2, y = 1. This is basic algebra. This plus basic formulas are now on the high school exit exam. This state is attempting to mandate algebra 1 for completion of 8th grade.
It is impossible for a policeman who earns $50,000 a year or more to argue themselves a investors, businessmen, computer scientists and so forth.
The University of California is only one of a degree of systems that is being degraded by a pattern of systematic defection.
I have 149.5 units of college. I have a 3.19 GPA with a 3.8 over my last 60 credits. I should be applying for admission to a graduate school.
The History, Philosophy, and Law departments appear to be the most severely damaged in the short run. The Biology and Social Sciences appear to be damaged severely but is still to soon to know the degree.
In California, Governors George Deukmejian, Pete Wilson, Gray Davis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger have false and corrupt histories.
Senator Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are also maintaining fictitious qualifications.
It is therefore obvious that President Barack Obama, his administration, and his four predecessors are also corrupt.
I am writing from Westwood, California. This would place me in the Sacramento District of the FBI. Drew S. Parenti is the special agent who was just promoted this month. On the very same day I emailed a complaint against Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
All the surface water in major waterways in Northern California is contaminated. In particular concern is Lake Almanor and Clear Creek.
LAPD is attempting to aggrandize a Gay Militia. On degree legal warfare is conducted military against military. I am a civilian. These Gay Militants are criminals who are aiding and abetting this attack against humanity and the United States. I am specifying parties here in Lassen and Plumas counties now. How competent can LGBTi History and Studies be? Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual and collective from full social life.
I have stated that this Gay Militancy is pre-fascist. It will become fascist if intellects come to defend it. This appears to be the University of California, Stanford, and the Ivy League.

There was an attack in Gorja, Pakistan recently where 7 Christians were burned alive. At least one online newspaper stated there was also a Chemical Assault in combination. One of Facebook preachers is based near or in Gorja.
There is rioting now in Uganda and there are persons attempting to make sense of this event in continuo.

The escalation of Chemical Assaults into a full-blown scorched earth has exposed the United States president to be an informant to his own country. This is a negation of leadership. The president clearly is the most powerful individual on earth. Nuclear and biological weapons are strategic arsenals also in the same species as chemical assault.
The compromise of law enforcement now labeled as Homeland Security also is escalated as the United States origin is within this subsystem.
The two other branches of the executive system the Congress and Supreme Court are likewise corrupted.
At this time Barack Obama is the president, Judge Roberts leads the Supreme Court, Nancy Pelosi is the House Speaker, Harry Reid is the Senate Majority leader, and Janet Napolitano heads Homeland Security.
The moral collapse of the positive government of the United States has not be checked by any ecclesiastical, NGO, or academic institution.
There is an escalation of Gay Irrationalist thought in formation that is know nothing in nature and is content to drive the United States into the ground.

Chemical Assault and Isolation

Here I will start to develop a more direct confrontation with the leadership. The human species is under direct assault from a scorched earth and Al Gore and the past five presidents are no more than players in a very dangerous game. I do not believe that Al Gore and his Nobel Prize will stand the test of time nor will President Obama's false green posture.
Totalitarianism will seek to isolate the collective and individual from the whole. This is the advice of Zbignew Brezinski. I have arrived here along the Salton Sea under tremendous pressure. A series of localized chemical assaults have escalated into a full blown Scorched Earth. The Salton Sea is completely contaminated. There is a large LGBTi gay community in Cathedral City in the Coachella Valley north of here. At this time the Dinah is (April 2009) which is the largest lesbian gathering in the world. Melissa Etheridge who is 47 and a sibling cohort to me generationally performed recently. The White party which is a gay gathering is in a few weeks. About 15,000 guests each will arrive.
I am taking shelter under a ritvik platform of Gaudiya Vaishnavism. I accept His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada as my diksa guru. Srila Prabhupada departed from this world in November 1977. Most Gaudiya Vaishnavas hold that there must be a living diksa guru form which one must surrender to a serve. This is the difference between the ritvik and diksa lines.
I am an independent ritvik who is not aligned with any formal institution. I am confronting this Chemical Assault-Scorched Earth as seva or service to Srila Prabhupada based on the teachings in the Original Bhagavad Gita As It Is.

The term anomie, derived from Emile Durkheim, for Merton means: a discontinuity between cultural goals and the legitimate means available for reaching them. Conformity is the attaining of societal goals by societal accepted means, while innovation is the attaining of those goals in unaccepted ways. Ritualism is the acceptance of the means but the forfeit of the goals. Retreatism is the rejection of both the means and the goals and rebellion is a combination of rejection of societal goals and means and a substitution of other goals and means. Innovation and ritualism are the pure cases of anomie as Merton defined it because in both cases there is a discontinuity between goals and means.

One of the interesting and prevailing structures and processes in this attack is the origin and radiating of the attack from Cambridge Law School to LAPD and the United States. If one decade or generation of Cambridge lawyers design state planning in an entrapment such usually is taped and delivered to Scotland Yard. In this manner when Scotland Yard conducts it’s sweeps it appears that Scotland Yard is the Origin and authorship. Also many officers know the RICO structure of the design better.
Here the defection model of prisoner’s dilemma rears it’s ugly head. This is defection to Cambridge Law School outside cooperation of the rule of law.
The state planning is embedded with a scorched earth chemical assault at the top of a crime multiplier. There are also payoffs of marriages, relationships, and career jobs.
