Impell is the main NeoPet of the talented artist, Melissa Kenney. She has a passion for drawing, and will stop at nothing to perfect a masterpiece. Through determination and hard work, she is able to draw her pictures of realistic looking versions of the NeoPet known as the Kougra. She is extremely skilled in this domain, and is admired by many for her roleplaying skills in NeoPets with Impell.
The drawings are based on the NeoPet Kougra, as I have previously mentioned, and look even better than the original. She draws them based on their personality, which could show she sees animals by their inner beauty, which causes her drawings to shine with radiance.
