Work References From Company Surveys

Regarding Don Schink’s Performance:

I’ve always believed that any job doing is a job doing well. As Christians, we are admonished in the Word to be faithful in all that we are involved in, including doing our best in the marketplace or whatever we may do for "survival" in providing for our families. It is important for the Christian to be the best witness possible, by example, in the workplace, by showing respect, faithfulness, diligence to our tasks, etc. The following is just a sampling of comments that I am privileged to receive daily from members that I service (copied and pasted from company survey email results):

'Don was by far the VERY BEST Customer Service Representative I have ever dealt with! He was nice, comfortable to speak with and mentioned on more than one occasion how long I had been an AOL client and how much he/AOL appreciated my loyalty. This made me feel really good about being part of the AOL client base. It's amazing how a heartfelt thank you makes one feel about their decision to stay with a co. Don was down home in his approach and I thought that was just wonderful. Thanks so much for having an employee like Don. Wish you had more Don's!!!’

‘Don was very good with dealing with my question, which dealt with state taxes. I had heard something on TV about state taxes and was checking on that. Don pointed out that I was not eligible for the tax refund I was checking on, but then offered me a better plan which saves me money. I was very grateful and Don was an excellent service rep and is an asset to your organization. I am 67 years old and retired on a fixed income so any money that I can save is greatly appreciated.
