The Yucca GSP Club of Albuquerque is composed of members who are dedicated to fostering, improving, promoting and protecting their breed of dog. We enjoy training our own dogs for hunting, competition in hunt tests, field trials and conformation events.
The club is a member of its parent club, The German Shorthaired Pointer Club of America.
Our events are licensed by the American Kennel Club.
Yucca also fully supports our breed rescue and, in order to aid in the prevention of cruelty to animals, discourages non-selective and uncontrolled breeding, which produces unwanted and uncared for dogs.
All pointing breeds are welcome in our club.
