A one name study of The PEFFERS surname in Scotland
In common with many other Scots, the Peffers emigrated and can now be found in Australia, New Zealand, North America, and South Africa. There are not many notable Peffers however Ruth Peffers from South Africa became a well known actress and Andrew Peffers was elected Provost of Forfar (Angus, Scotland).
