He was aound when I started and he was treated the same as me when I was a psxer, when I went to the N64 side I still respected Seifer above all else on the psx side.From what I am hearing he might be coming back so I have put him in the inactive section. He is a good righter and his aguements are strong too. Apart from Weltall I would have to say he is the strongest.I hope to see him back in the war.
