This pattern from Mini-Fashion Boutique -- "Career Girl" -- is one of the classy vintage favorites from 1963.

“Career Girl” is a four-piece suit which established a very fashionable and tailored working image. While the original outfit was in black and white tweed, I found this brown tweed with flecks of color equally stunning.

The fitted jacket features princess lines with a wide collar and three-quarter sleeves, and is worn over a slim skirt. The cotton jersey knit shell-body blouse is shown here in turquoise while the original was in red. The hat is finished with a velvet ribbon accented with a satin rose. Whatever colors you choose, this is sure to be a pleaser. This pattern is exclusively from MFB.

This pattern is a complete redesign of APF-85 of my Aileen's Petite Fashions Collection and is based on an actual vintage outfit. Clear, precisely-drawn pattern pieces and a separate instruction booklet with detailed materials list, pattern layout and illustrations for specific steps come in a 6" x 9" white envelope with color photo on the front.

Payment: Paypal also cashier's check, or money order. International bidders must use Paypal in US funds. Canadian bidders may use Postal Money Order or Paypal in US funds.
