Grace Pursues

Though we all be guilty rebels from head to toe,
God’s love for us does freely flow;
Not outdone or wearied by our sin,
grace calls and changes hearts from within;
Gloriously invincible and sure to secure,
hearts that receive and reflect love pure;
Grace, the purchase of Christ’s cross,
still avails to win and to rule the hearts of the lost.

Grace and Truth in Him

Everywhere I go, I look into the crowd
I'm wondering why, I'm wondering how

Can I find someone who knows the way?
Who can take this night and make it day?

I can only hope, I can only seek
With each passing day, I feel more weak

Then I heard the news, of how God became man
He spoke the truth and He said, "I AM"

He removed my sin, and the light came in
Now I'm finding that love and truth come from Him

Everywhere I go, I walk before His face
I long to see others enter this grace

I can only ask, I can only plead
Won't you look to Him, He'll meet all your need

There is a Day

There is a day we all will be
Of every nation, tribe, and tongue
Together as one, the bride of Christ
At the wedding feast of the Lamb

There is a soul, lonely and cold
In the world without hope
Waiting for something unknown to come
To bring freedom and understanding

There is a cross where the Savior did die
To pay the price for redemption that only death could buy
The wages of sin is death, the sacred Word does say
But He died for us so we could live in that day

There is a life willing to give itself away
To turn and walk away from saving its own life
To be holy to the Lord and find what life really is

There is a day, there is a soul, there is a cross, there is a life...

Now is the Accepted Time

Stark delusion on the colored hiway

Thought dressed in words rushes briskly
As water between rocks of reason

A nebulous of conformity rises above the crypt
With a solemn stare of despair

Ambient structures display the eloquence and endeavors
Of a frighteningly blind populace

Children of night wander aimlessly
Through a state of reactions
To the symptoms of their environment

A society of dynamic citizens
Seeking but never finding
Their palace of verdure

Today is the day
To foment in an incessant recourse

For the Lord God of Israel
Has raised up a horn of salvation (Jesus the Messiah)

Behold, now is the accepted time
Behold, now is the day of salvation
