Here are some specific the details on the Reunion.  You can print this information out to keep as a hard copy to serve as a reminder, or save it as word document.

Also, different ones that I have spoken to, shared a thoughtful suggestion.  If you know someone, that you would like to see come to the Reunion, and they are interested as well, and financially they are not able to contribute,  would you be so kind and donate a little extra, and if you can supply me their names so that I can include them on my "Attending" list.  That would be great.  Thank you.

PARTIAL WEEKEND PRICES:
Deposit:  $100.00 for reservation

$40.00 covers 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Children 6-12 pay half price ($20.00)
Babies 5 & under are Free

The above cost also covers the use of the facilities with one night sleep over.  The staff at Gretna Glen will cook the 3 meals.  If you arrive on Saturday, before noon, you will have lunch and dinner, and breakfast on Sunday morning, OR, if you arrive on Saturday past noon, you will have dinner, and on Sunday breakfast and lunch.  The order of meals depend on your arrival on Saturday.

2 - Anyone who are planning on arriving Friday night, there will be an extra $10.00 charge, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE A MEAL - NO MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED.

3 - On Sunday, WE MUST BE OUT OF THE CAMPGROUND BY 1:00PM.

4 - Things to bring: - Sleeping bags or bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets, etc.) - Toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.) - Jackets - Rain gear, in case it rains - Comfortable outfits and shoes - Bring your own sports equipment

5 - What will be available for activities: (for those who may be interested, also Gretna Glen provides life preserver for boating and canoeing)

ADDITIONAL MEALS FOR DINING GUESTS ONLY:

The cost below applies to anyone who is visiting for the day,  and for anyone who is providing their own camping equipment; by bringing their own tent, camper or trailer.

$4.00 Breakfast = Adult
$2.00 Breakfast = 6-12 yr. old

$6.00 Lunch = Adult
$3.00 Lunch = 6-12 yr. old

$8.00 Dinner = Adult
$4.00 Dinner = 6-12 yr. old

For for those who are providing their own accommodations, Gretna Glen will have you park near the wash house and will provide electricity.  However, they do not supply the major hookups.

     7 cabins, each cabin are heated, each sleeps 14 campers
     2 separate counselor rooms
     6 bunk beds
     separate heated shower house has modern facilities

Carrie Park May Health Lodge

     4 separate bedrooms, sleeps 14
     2 single beds
     1 double bed
     5 bunk beds

Wesley Lodge

     Basement meeting area
     Cabin on first floor sleeps 14
     2 single beds
     1 double bed
     5 bunk beds
     1 1/2 baths

DIRECTIONS TO GRETNA GLEN CAMP, LEBANON, PA

From Pennsylvania Turnpike:

Exit #20 to North Route 72
Proceed several miles to Route 117, Mt. Gretna Exit
Turn left onto route 117 - go approximately 1/4 mile to Mine Road (1st right turn)
Follow Mine Road 3/10 mile to camp entrance
From Lebanon and Points North:
Route 72 South to Route 117, Mt Gretna Exit
Turn left onto Route 117 - go about 100 yards to Mine Road (1st right turn)
Follow Mine Road 3/10 mile to camp entrance
From the East and Ephrata via Route 322:
Follow Route 322 West to where it merges with Route 72 North
Proceed to 117, Mt. Gretna Exit
Proceed as above
From Hershey and Points West:
Follow Route 322 East to where it merges with Route 72 South
Proceed to Route 117, Mt. Gretna Glena Exit
