Obviously, if you've looked around, I've changed my site a little... I'm not of the belief that one ought to change one's graphics every ten minutes or your website sucks, but I figured it was time for a bit of virtual spring cleaning. The implications of the old images were... well... not what I wanted as the opening of my website anymore...
I've got two new (sort of) pictures up. The first is of me holding this rock in New Mexico... Mike took it on a trip we took to a neat little place called Tent Rocks. The second is of a bench full of Java Kids in 1998; I took the picture, so obviously none of those kids is me, but I do still talk to a couple of them occasionally... I miss that bench. It was destroyed by fire trucks when the Royal burned down. Noplace for the kids to sit and hang out anymore, so they all sit home and do illicit drugs.
Depressing. But I still liked the picture. Make of it what you will, and don't expect such strenuous changes to this website for at least another six months. My HTML skills are about as good as my chess skills. Don't ask, just know that it involves a lot of cursing and screeching.
I'd nearly forgotten... Today is my dear friend Brian's birthday... Of course, I forgot to send his gift, but he'll just have to exercise some patience... Probably I'll make him wait until he visits in three weeks.
So, happy birthday, my sweet Gemini friend, even though I don't suppose you read this... May your year be beautiful, and flooded with your typically atypical adventures...
With much love...
