SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The first bedroom has two twin beds, second bedroom has double bed. While the house has central AC, each bedroom has its own unit. Our front sun room, with a great view of the bay, has 2 pull out twin beds. The great room has a pull out sofa for sleeping 2.
HOUSE FEATURES:

OUTSIDE FEATURES:
Our brand new picnic table seats 8+ under the shade of a beautiful tree. Enjoy cooking on the gas grill. Long day at the beach? Wash off that sand in the outdoor shower.
PARKING:
Off street parking is available as you can pull up right to the front of the house or park on our quiet street.
No smoking and no pets allowed. This home is ideal for a family. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent.
