Rattlesnakes
live in the southwestern desert. They can grow to be 8 feet long. They
usually weigh about 15 pounds. One of their favorite things to eat is a
gila monster. Rattlesnakes stay away from roadrunners that might eat them.
One very interesting thing about the rattlesnake is that they can go without
food for several weeks or even months. -Michael
